If Katie’s not coaching at PUSH, there’s a good chance she’s somewhere in the mountains — snowboarding, backcountry skiing, hiking, or racing gravel bikes across Colorado.
She’s been training at PUSH since 2017 and brings more than 12 years of personal training experience to the gym. Her favorite exercise? Deadlifts.
What Katie loves most about coaching is helping clients see what they’re truly capable of, whether that’s getting their first push-up or pull-up, setting a new PR, or building the strength and confidence to take on a bucket-list adventure.
