The PUSH fitness experience includes options for everyone. At PUSH GYM our personal trainers work hard to make sure there is a fitness routine that fits you and your lifestyle, whether in a one-on-one or small group setting. Check out some of our fitness options below.
Personal Training PUSH YOURSELF: Everybody is unique. With one-on-one personal training, you will get an individualized program designed specifically for you and your fitness goals. This includes training for an event, working on weight loss or just plain improving your physical fitness. Contact us via email ( firstname.lastname@example.org), or by phone 303-903-8174 to meet with a personal trainer and get started on your individual fitness routine. You may also want to discuss your nutritional habits with your trainer as well to help improve your eating habits. Prices slightly vary among the trainers, please contact us directly to discuss. Semi-Private PUSH EACH OTHER: Grab a friend or two and create a custom workout for a more intimate experience that allows you to sweat and build your friendships at the same time. PUSH each other to meet your fitness goals in a smaller group setting (or semi-private). You will get the more personalized workout with a friend or two and cut some of your costs down. Small Group PUSH TEAM: With a variety of fitness classes, you can choose from different workouts and instructors to keep your training interesting. Each workout is different, and we never repeat whole routines, though you may see certain exercises repeated. Our classes are capped at 12 which makes the workout more efficient and allows our trainers to keep a better eye on each participant. PUSH-PULL HIIT circuit training which combines cardiovascular fitness, strength and functional training all in one class. PUSH Core-Cardio Blast and PUSH- Power Class to test your strength and cardiovascular endurance.
