How to Put the “Routine” in Workout Routine

They don’t call it a workout “routine” for no reason. A key part of getting (and staying) fit is forming the habit, making exercise part of your daily schedule.
But that doesn’t mean that you need to hit the gym 24/7. The Mayo Clinic recommends prioritizing five types of exercise: aerobics, core, flexibility, balance and strength training. For example, aerobics can include swimming, walking and even vacuuming, while flexibility is tied to stretching.
The Mayo Clinic lists the benefits of regular exercise as weight management, health maintenance, sleep improvement, socializationmood and energy boosts. Form a pattern for good by dedicating regular time to moving your bodyas this can create the positive routine/habit you are looking for, vs continuing on habits that are possibly harming your mind or body.  We are looking for ways to maintain, longer healthier lifestyle changes.
