Push is the very best! I auditioned about a dozen gyms in Denver upon moving here, and found my home at Push. The trainers are incredibly kind, genuine and motivating. I have had the best results of my life working out at Push for just a few months. Most importantly, I’ve been welcomed in to a community of awesome people that work out at Push and have made awesome friends. Cannot recommend enough! Come work out with us!
I've been working with Gina for a year now in 1:1 sessions but have also previously taken her group classes. She makes sure I have fun every session, but also helps me achieve my health goals. Push is a great space with a lot of body diversity and positive energy! I have recommended Push and Gina to a lot of folks.
Somehow my review from 2015 got moved to a different gym. Anyhow I just dropped in (visiting from out of town), Marty and the team are still doing it right. 2015 review posted below: I spent my last month in Denver at Push working with Marty, Heidi, and Erich. It's a great place, good people, and an amazing program. I wish I had found this place sooner. I have tried a variety of workouts, from personal trainers at the gyms, Orangetheory, Crossfit, and Push. Push by far would be the one I would want to stick to long term. Props to these guys and keep doing what you are doing.
TLDR: Kara is simply the best trainer: so supportive, encouraging, and really knows her stuff! You can’t go wrong with Push Gym at all, but Kara is truly A Class!! I came in to Push with a goal of losing close to 40 pounds in order to qualify for a Navy scholarship, and Kara whipped me into shape in no time. Now 7 months later I have lost 37lbs, qualified for my scholarship, and I’m in the best shape ever! Not only was she on it with training and able to push my to limits I didn’t know I even had (pulling 275lbs?!), but she was incredibly supportive, encouraging and just a real pleasure to work with. She really cares about her clients and supports them emotionally and spiritually as well as spotting their bench presses! Truly an unbeatable coach, and really incredible person all around. I can’t recommend Kara and Push enough.
Best gym I've been to in a long time. Push has an incredible sense of community with positive and challenging coaches, participants, and leadership. Each class is different with functional, creative, and challenging movements that can be scaled up or down depending on a participants needs. I’ve been training with Kara for over two years and it’s been amazing to see how much upper body strength I’ve built! I’ve struggled with neck and shoulder pain and Kara has been so helpful in creating workouts that have both worked around that and also helped it get better. Everyone at Push is so friendly and as someone who has worked from home for 3 years, it’s been great getting some in person interaction during the day!
