Started going here over a year ago for physical therapy on an injured knee and have continued on with personal training with Marty. It's been an overwhelmingly positive experience with personalized, functional strength training that's genuinely improved my overall quality of life. Could not recommend this place more!
Awesome gym with a tight knit, but very welcoming, community! I love that no two classes are the same and each workout is creative, effective, uses a variety of equipment, is open to all levels, and gives attendees the freedom to manage their own intensity. Every workout is energizing, effective, and more importantly, different. The variety is endless and the sense of community results in a loyal following. The trainers react immediately to injuries and modification needs without singling anyone out. I moved away from the area and tried another gym but returned. WELL WORTH a 20 minute drive!

Anyhow I just dropped in (visiting from out of town), Marty and the team are still doing it right. 2015 review posted below: I spent my last month in Denver at Push working with Marty, Heidi, and Erich. It's a great place, good people, and an amazing program. I wish I had found this place sooner. I have tried a variety of workouts, from personal trainers at the gyms, Orangetheory, Crossfit, and Push. Push by far would be the one I would want to stick to long term. Props to these guys and keep doing what you are doing.
Push is an incredible gym run with the phenomenal trainers (Thanks to Marty). This is my first ever experience in gym and I am addicted since I have started. Trainers are exceptional and very creative. I have started at Push back in October with loads of hesitations because of the pandemic but they are very strict with the sanitization and limit of the people at gym at the same time. Also, the place is big enough so that we can easily spread out. The equipments are sanitized after each person and they are trying their best to keep the people safe. I have been seeing Kara and she is amazing. She listens to you and tailors the workout according to what you want to achieve. I cannot recommend Push and Kara highly enough. I am so glad that I found Kara!
Great classes with great instructors and the personal trainers are terrific. I had hip replacement surgery in May and after my PT was finished, I wanted to get in better shape for ski season. I started working with Kara McKenna in November, and by January felt ready to go skiing. I have been skiing multiple times since then, and I am still working with Kara to get stronger. She knows what exercises will help me, and she mixes up my sessions each week.
I have been training with Gina for several months now, and I am extremely satisfied with my experience. Gina is highly cognizant of my personal fitness goals and tailors each session to ensure I am on track to achieve them. She treats me like family, creating a supportive and encouraging environment that makes working out a pleasure. Her workouts are always creative and varied, ensuring that I am never bored and constantly challenged. I highly recommend Gina to anyone looking for a dedicated and innovative personal trainer.
A true gem in the gym world. All the trainers are extremely knowledgeable and the workouts are fun and challenging. You'll never to the same workout twice and the trainers accommodate all fitness levels. They also have worked incredibly hard to keep everyone safe during the pandemic by following the State's guidelines. Cannot recommend Push highly enough, best community to workout with.
Awesome gym with committed, passionate, and knowledgeable staff. Both trainers and members alike contribute to a really welcoming and supportive sense of community. I'm really impressed with this gym and would absolutely encourage people of all fitness levels to try it out. Also, Marty is the GOAT.
