Awesome gym with a tight knit, but very welcoming, community! I love that no two classes are the same and each workout is creative, effective, uses a variety of equipment, is open to all levels, and gives attendees the freedom to manage their own intensity. Great place to train with very approachable trainers. Classes are structured for all ability levels with a primary focus on proper technique and full body movements. I highly recommend anyone looking for a gym to check out Push.

Push is the very best! I auditioned about a dozen gyms in Denver upon moving here, and found my home at Push. The trainers are incredibly kind, genuine and motivating. I have had the best results of my life working out at Push for just a few months. I love the high-quality, challenging workouts here that are combined with a very warm and welcoming community. Kara and Marty were amazingly helpful and knew exactly how to modify workouts to keep me working out throughout my pregnancy, while prioritizing safety and always ensuring I felt comfortable. Workouts are highly varied but always challenging. Highly, highly recommend!

I love this little gym. I started coming to classes in January and have been dedicated to five days a week the whole time. The trainers are super supportive, the classes are always a good mix of cardio and weights and all the members are so nice and welcoming. Highly recommend.

I’ve been training with Kara for over two years and it’s been amazing to see how much upper body strength I’ve built! I’ve struggled with neck and shoulder pain and Kara has been so helpful in creating workouts that have both worked around that and also helped it get better. Everyone at Push is so friendly and as someone who has worked from home for 3 years, it’s been great getting some in person interaction during the day!
