I’ve been training with Kara for over two years and it’s been amazing to see how much upper body strength I’ve built! I’ve struggled with neck and shoulder pain and Kara has been so helpful in creating workouts that have both worked around that and also helped it get better. Everyone at Push is so friendly and as someone who has worked from home for 3 years, it’s been great getting some in person interaction during the day!

A true gem in the gym world. All the trainers are extremely knowledgeable and the workouts are fun and challenging. You'll never to the same workout twice and the trainers accommodate all fitness levels. They also have worked incredibly hard to keep everyone safe during the pandemic by following the State's guidelines. Cannot recommend Push highly enough, best community to workout with.

I started going to Push Gym a few months ago for personal training. I cannot say enough about how great of an experience it has been. The staff is so kind, hospitable and knowledgeable. The facility and equipment are top notch and well taken care of. As someone who previously didn't exercise consistently, I now look forward to going to Push multiple times a week. I am also seeing fast and amazing results, thanks to the planning and expertise Gina has provided. If you are looking for a gym, go to Push! If you are looking for a personal trainer, ask about Gina! She is wonderful!

Awesome gym with a tight knit, but very welcoming, community! I love that no two classes are the same and each workout is creative, effective, uses a variety of equipment, is open to all levels, and gives attendees the freedom to manage their own intensity. Push Gym is hands down the best gym! All the trainers are amazing and have their own style. You will never have the same work out twice! I started going to Push 4 years ago and have learned so much about fitness. I appreciate that the trainers care about your form and if you need any modifications they are always right there to help you. Try out Push and you will have a hard workout and will want to come back for more!

Over the last decade, I have been a member of several gyms offering small-group classes. Push is BY FAR the best. The coaches are more experienced than most gyms. They’re great about coaching form and technique, providing modifications when needed. The classes are challenging and fun – with a lot of variety in equipment, exercises, and format. We often do compound moves that challenge on multiple dimensions. And it’s a great community. Everyone was welcoming from day one, and I felt right at home. Thank you Marty, Kara, Forest and Gina!

Every workout is energizing, effective, and more importantly, different. The variety is endless and the sense of community results in a loyal following. The trainers react immediately to injuries and modification needs without singling anyone out. I moved away from the area and tried another gym but returned. WELL WORTH a 20 minute drive!
