Their concern for clients to feel comfortable is always respected and conversations or questions concerning safety and protocol is always encouraged. PUSH is my church, therapy and community. Push is great! For a long time I struggled to establish a consistent workout routine, but 10 months ago I started going to Push, and enjoyed their classes which are really diverse and never the same from one to the next. Marty, Forrest, Gina, and Kara do a great job mixing I'm it up, so you're always working on different muscle groups, cardio, agility, etc. Quickly got into a groove of 2-3 classes a week, and haven't looked back! I feel so much physically and mentally stronger than I did before, and definitely recommend checking them out

Best gym I've been to in a long time. Push has an incredible sense of community with positive and challenging coaches, participants, and leadership. Each class is different with functional, creative, and challenging movements that can be scaled up or down depending on a participants needs. Every workout is energizing, effective, and more importantly, different. The variety is endless and the sense of community results in a loyal following. The trainers react immediately to injuries and modification needs without singling anyone out. I moved away from the area and tried another gym but returned. WELL WORTH a 20 minute drive!

Over the last decade, I have been a member of several gyms offering small-group classes. Push is BY FAR the best. The coaches are more experienced than most gyms. They’re great about coaching form and technique, providing modifications when needed. The classes are challenging and fun – with a lot of variety in equipment, exercises, and format. We often do compound moves that challenge on multiple dimensions. And it’s a great community. Everyone was welcoming from day one, and I felt right at home. Thank you Marty, Kara, Forest and Gina!

I've been going to Push for about 3 months now. The classes are efficient and no two classes are the same. Marty has a great team of caring, encouraging instructors. I feel fortunate to have found this place.

I started going to Push Gym a few months ago for personal training. I cannot say enough about how great of an experience it has been. The staff is so kind, hospitable and knowledgeable. The facility and equipment are top notch and well taken care of. As someone who previously didn't exercise consistently, I now look forward to going to Push multiple times a week. I am also seeing fast and amazing results, thanks to the planning and expertise Gina has provided. If you are looking for a gym, go to Push! If you are looking for a personal trainer, ask about Gina! She is wonderful!
